% 24.08.2020 This hearing is conducted through Video-Conferencing. 1.

This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) Issue a writ of certiorari and quash the communication dated 13.07.2020 to the extent it requires the members of the Petitioner to submit UID/ Aadhar number of its staff as the same is contrary to law declared by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in K.S PUTTASWAMY vs U.O.I [(2019) 1 SCC 1]; and (b) Issue a writ of mandamus and direct the Respondent to allow the members of the Petitioner to download the hall tickets of its students so as to enable them to appear in their final examinations which are scheduled to start shortly;" 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has on instructions pointed out that the impugned communication dated 13.07.2020 has been withdrawn by the respondent and that all consequential steps in this regard

shall also be taken by the respondent. He further states that all consequential steps shall also include opening of the portal in question and downloading of hall tickets.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent which is taken on record, nothing further survives in the writ petition. The petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
