The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "(A) Pass a contempt order against above said contemnor/ respondents for intentionally and deliberately not complying with order 16.01 .2025 in the writ petition (C) No. No.540/2025 titled Saleem Vs MCD & Ors.

B) Pass a contempt order to initiate and investigate against the contemnors or their malfunctioning and not obeying the directions passed by this Hon'ble Coult.

C) Pass any ether and further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit. just and proper in the present f-acts and circumstances of the case;"
