The present application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C on behalf of the petitioner for grant of interim bail in FIR 292/2018, registered at Police Station Mahendra Park.

Since petitioner is charged under Section 302/394/471/120B and 34 IPC, the present case does not fall under the guidelines of High Powered Committee dated 18.05.2020.

Moreover, keeping in view the serious allegations against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant interim bail. 6.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
