The order dated 23rd April 2025 has not been complied with, by the petitioner, stating that the order was not uploaded, and therefore, they did not have enough time for compliance.

The petitioner will be depositing Rs.25,000/-, through demand draft, during the course of the day.

Subject to the petitioner complying with the payment for statutory deposit, the electricity supply shall be restored. 4.

Petitioner undertakes to continue paying the consumption charges of electricity, on regular basis; as regards arrears (if any), he will be liable to penalty and any other coercive action, in accordance with law. 5.

Respondent no. 3 is present in Court and has produced statements, stating that the arrears, as per her, are of rental amount, the water bill and the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. maintenance of common area, totalling to Rs.7,95,742/-, as noted. 6.

The said statement does not include any amount that was paid by respondent no. 3, towards the electricity bills, which is the only issue before this Court, while considering the issue of restoration of electricity to the floor which the petitioner is occupying.

Needless to state, the issues relating to the title of the property, the payment of the utilities and the rent, are not before this Court. 8.

These proceedings are limited to the issue of restoration of electricity connection, subject to payment of the dues, by the petitioner. 9.

The security amount will be deposited before the Registry of this Court and shall be kept in an interest-bearing fixed deposit. 10.

The security amount will be subject to being utilized, for the payment of arrears (if any) of the dues of BSES, in the future. 11.

The restoration shall be done with the help of police officials from the local police station.

Needless to state, the Court has not gone into the merits of the respective rights and contentions of the parties, with respect to the title and possession of the property, or the payment for the utilities, in relation to the property.

The copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
