The present petition under Sections 11/12 read with Section 2(b) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "a. pass appropriate orders in favour of the Petitioner/ Father and against the Contemnor/ Wife that the Obstruction of Justice is against abovementioned order dt. 08.07.2022 is deliberate and the custody of the minor may be given to the Petitioner/ Father who is the natural guardian of the said minor child or the Mother may be levied with a cost, last meeting with the petitioner was on 16.03.2024 and the cause of action is running b. Grant interim custody of the minor child to petitioner/father for half of the summer vacations, Dusehra, Diwali & Winter vacations. c. Grant permission to Petitioner/ father to participate in the school proceedings like PTM, meeting with school authorities interviews, etc. d. Any other order(s) which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.
