The hearing has been conducted through video conference. 2.

The parties have partially resolved their differences through mediation. The mediation report dated 10th September, 2020, is on record. 3.

This writ petition is disposed of in terms of the mediation report. 4.

Indu, present before this Court through video conference, submits that Amit has not returned her Aadhaar Card, gold earrings and the mobile phone.

Amit also present through video conference, submits that he will return the Aadhaar Card as well as gold earrings by 05th October, 2020. With respect to the mobile phone, he submits that he had thrown away the mobile phone from a moving bus to avoid being traced by the location of the mobile.

Mr. Ramlal, ASI, from local police station at Hisar, present through video conference, shall ensure the compliance of the undertaking given by Amit.

In the event of non-compliance, Indu is at liberty to approach this Court for appropriate directions.
