The above two Petitions under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 have been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No.30/2019 under Section 307/324/34 IPC and FIR No.32/2019 under Section 307/120B/34 IPC registered at Police Station Fatehpur Beri, New Delhi, on account of Compromise Deed dated 24.03.2025 arrived at between the parties herein. 2.

Settlement inter se the parties. It is stated that initially the dispute was between Mr. Jai Prakash and Smt. Seema who were estranged husband and wife. The other parties were the landlords in the premises of whom Seema was residing. A fight had taken place between the parties resulting in registration of cross-FIRs. The parties have amicably settled all their disputes. The parties have entered into MOU dated 24.03.2025 and have amicably settled all their disputes. The parties endorse the Settlement and shall remain bound by the terms of Settlement. 3.

The parties are present before this Court in person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. 4.

Today, the complainants who are present in Court state that they have no objection if the FIRs are quashed.

In view of the above facts that the parties have amicably resolved their differences out of their own free will and without any coercion and also the fact that the present matter is a neighbourhood matter it would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. Moreover, there is no legal impediment in quashing the FIRs in question.

Accordingly cross FIR No.30/2019 under Section 307/324/34 IPC and FIR No.32/2019 under Section 307/120B/34 IPC respectively, registered at P.S. Fatehpur Beri, New Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

The petitions stand disposed of.
