Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the National Consumer Redressal Commission in Consumer Case No.376/2018, vide order dated 9.7.2018, had passed an order that the ICICI Bank Ltd. may not take any precipitative action against the complainant, i.e., the petitioner herein. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that the petitioner shall move necessary application, as per law, before the Trial Court and seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn. The Trial Court is directed to proceed in the matter in accordance with law and decide the application, if any, moved by the petitioner as per law.
