The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondents to register a FIR in respect of the the complaint dated 09.04.2019 and 09.02.2020.

In view of the above, Mr Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. He however, states that the FIR so registered has not taken note of the complaint dated 09.02.2020. In this regard, it would be open for the petitioners to approach the concerned IO and if necessary a supplementary statement would be recorded. 5.
