By way of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of directions to the learned Trial Court for time bound disposal of the case bearing no. 6505/2018 titled 'General Garments Pvt. Ltd. vs. Sumeru Processors Pvt. Ltd.'

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that till date, only one witness has been examined in this case. 3.

In view of above, subject to the condition that the petitioner herein will not seek any adjournment, the prayer made by the petitioner stands allowed.

The learned Trial Court will make every endeavour to decide the abovesaid case, within a period of six months from date.
