The present petition under Section 12 read with Section 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "i. Initiate action against the contemnor for committing wilful, deliberate and contumacious contempt of this Hon'ble Court's order and allow the instant contempt petition and punish the contemnors herein with maximum possible punishment, for causing wilful and deliberate contempt of the order dated 18.07.20 I 9 passed by this Hon'ble Court in RC. REV. 114/2018 and C.M. Nos. 11 505/07/2018.

ii. Pass any order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the latter has passed away. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner confirms the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
