The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

"1. In view of our facts and circumstances this is a completely fake case the above mention FIR No. 239/2009 dated 15.06.2009, registered at P.S: Mandawali Fazadpur is a false and fabricated case therefore it needed quash in the interest of the justice.

2. Pass any other order as this Hon 'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case and in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with a prayer to direct the learned Trial Court for expeditious trial.

Leave granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
