The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. read with 482 Cr.P.C. for grant of interim bail for a period of 45 days in FIR No.43/2018 registered at Police Station Sadar Bazar, Delhi. 4.

Notice issued.

Learned APP for the State accepts notice.

Admittedly, the petitioner had a scuffle in the Court lockup. Thus, his jail conduct is not satisfactory. Accordingly, the present case does not fall under the criteria mentioned in High Power Committee's Minutes of Meeting dated 18.05.2020.

Moreover, there are serious allegations against the petitioner. 8.
