On 29th April, 2022, on an application, the counsel representing the Petitioner was discharged. Since then, no one has appeared in the matter for the Petitioner as can be noted in the order dated 20th October, 2022; 26th April, 2023; 16th October, 2023; 20th February, 2024 and 15th July, 2024. The position remains the same even today.

In view of the above, it is apparent that the Petitioner has lost interest in the present petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
