Applicant seeks regular bail in case arising out of FIR No.67/2018 dated 20.02.2018, registered at P.S. Jyoti Nagar, Delhi, for commission of offence under Section 363 IPC. Subsequently, in the charge-sheet, offences under Sections 376D/377/328/506/34 IPC were added. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant, in all fairness, admits that all the material witnesses have already been examined and the next date of hearing before the learned Trial Court is 25.05.2026, for examination of the sole remaining witness i.e. Investigating Officer of the case. 3.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present application.
