After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petitions with liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, in the event, an adverse order is passed against the petitioner under Section 245 of the Income Tax Act, 1961. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petitions along with pending applications stand dismissed as withdrawn. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
