% 22.11.2018 None appears on behalf of petitioner even on the second call. Contempt of order of 07.07.2015 is alleged in this petition. By aforesaid order, respondent was directed to ensure that no further unauthorized construction is carried out at the subject premises. Status report has been filed stating that sealing of unauthorized construction has been effected.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that in view of the aforesaid, it appears that petitioner is not interested in pursuing this petition.

Since none appears on behalf of petitioner even on second call, the petition is dismissed in default.
