The present Petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, has been filed seeking appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Delhi International Arbitration Centre ('DIAC'), which, though not specifically named under Clause 9 of the Agreement, is an arbitral institution competent to undertake the appointment process.
