Ms. Aditi Saraswat, Advocate appearing on behalf of the Mr. Jawahar Raja, Additional Standing Counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 stated that the stamping license of the petitioner has already been activated on 30.05.2024 and also intimated the said facts to this Court vide letter bearing F.No.SDM/Ch.Puri/NDD/Misc./2023/630 dated 30.05.2024. 2.

Let the copy of the said letter be placed on record within 02 days. The copy of the letter is also supplied to the counsel for the petitioner in the Court.

As the claim in the present petition is satisfied, the present petition along with pending application stands disposed of. 4.

However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court again in case of altered circumstances.
