It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that charges have not been framed yet and there has been delay in trial. 2.

In these circumstances, in case a fresh bail application is moved before the learned Trial Court, the same will be considered afresh on its own merit considering the part of delay too.

Accordingly, the present bail applications along with pending applications are being withdrawn with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court.
