None appears for the respondent.

An affidavit has been filed by Mr Dharambir (husband of the petitioner) stating that the notices were sent. However, the same have been returned as the respondent has refused to accept the same. In view of the aforesaid affidavit, the service on the respondent is deemed to be completed. 3.

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the suit pending before learned ADJ, Tis Hazari Courts be transferred to the District Court, South-West District (Dwarka Court Complex). 4.

The petitioner claims that the petitioner as well as the respondent are residing within the jurisdiction of the South-West District and the suit property is also located within that district. The above averments remain uncontested.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the suit bearing No. 460/2017 (ID No. 609960/2016) captioned "Angoori Devi v. Charan Singh

and Ors." is transferred from the Court of learned ADJ-07, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts to the Court of the District Judge, South-West District, Dwarka Courts Complex.

The parties are directed to appear before the concerned Courts on 19.08.2019.
