A Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed for quashing of Notice under Section 160/91 Cr.P.C dated 04.08.2020 and Notice under Section 41A dated 11.08.2020 in FIR No.390/2013 dated 19.10.2013 under Section 336/338/32 IPC P.S. R.K. Puram.

been issued to the Petitioner before filing of the Supplementary Chargesheet which stands filed in the Court on 30.03.2023. These Notices, therefore, stands discharged and as on date there are no further investigations pending in regard to the Petitioner. In case any further action, if taken, shall be in accordance with law.

It is further submitted that SLP No.4646/2022 has been disposed of by the Apex Court vide Order dated 19.12.2024.

The Petitioner shall be at liberty to then take legal recourse in accordance with law.
