Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after the notice was issued, respondent has paid a sum of Rs.21 lakhs towards reimbursement of the medical treatment received by the daughter in England as also for the proposed medical procedures which she has to undergo.

Learned counsel accordingly submits that he has instructions to withdraw the petition.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
