This application has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff seeking withdrawal of the suit on the basis of a compromise arrived at between the parties.

The parties have settled their disputes in mediation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 3.

The Settlement Agreement dated 24th September, 2025 (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement') has been placed on record and the same bears the signatures of the parties and their respective counsel. 4.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

In terms of the aforesaid settlement, the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the present suit.

Accordingly, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. All Pending applications stand disposed of.

Since the matter has been settled in mediation proceedings, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870, read with Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
