The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1/MCD to demolish the unauthorised construction being carried out in the property bearing Flat No.56-A & B, Pocket-B, Shivam Apartments, Phase-II, Ashok Vihar, Ashok Vihar H.O., North West Delhi; Delhi-110052 (hereinafter the 'subject property'). 2.
Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/MCD on advance notice submits that the subject property has been booked and show-cause notices dated 18th May, 2026 have been issued in respect of the unauthorised construction on the ground floor in property bearing Flat No.56-A, Pocket-B, Shivam Apartments, Phase-II, Ashok Vihar, Ashok Vihar H.O., North West W.P.(C) 6980/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Delhi; Delhi-110052 and the first floor, second floor and third floor of the property bearing Flat No.56-B, Pocket-B, Shivam Apartments, Phase-II, Ashok Vihar, Ashok Vihar H.O., North West Delhi; Delhi-110052. 2.1 The aforesaid show cause notices have been handed over in Court today and the same are taken on record.

In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent no.1/MCD to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 4.
Liberty is given to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings in law in the event any further grievance survives. 5.
All rights, contentions and legal remedies of the owner/occupier/private respondents no.4 and 5 are kept open. 6.
Pending application stands disposed of.
