W.P. (C) No.748/2016 & C.M. Appl. No.3239/2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking directions to respondent No.1 to consider the case of the petitioner for permanent absorption against the vacancies available in the cadre of Personal Assistant in accordance with the draft Recruitment Rules namely National Disaster Management Authority, Group 'C' Ministerial Posts Recruitment Rules, 2012.

The petitioner further seeks calling of the records of W.P.(C) No.11355/2015 filed by the petitioner before this Court and quashing of

order dated 15.01.2016 passed by respondent No.1. Mr. Santosh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that complete facts disclosing grounds for challenge has not been mentioned in the petition. He seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and application with liberty to file fresh petition after giving the detailed facts and grounds of challenge.

With the aforesaid liberty, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
