(a) Release the sum of Rs. 72,85,030/- deposited by Petitioner in compliance of order dated 02.09.2020 to the Petitioner; and (b) Pass any other and further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case" 2.
