The Appellant assails the correctness of the order dated 05.03.2025 [hereinafter referred to as „Impugned Order‟] passed by the Family Court, whereby the Family Court struck off the defence of the Appellant on account of the failure of the Appellant to file the written statement.

The Respondent (Petitioner before the Family Court) is virtually present in person.

Learned counsel representing the Appellant submits that she will file the written statement within a period of next ten days from today.

The Respondent, who virtually appears in person, has accepted that offer.
