This petition has been filed challenging for directions on interim maintenance by the petitioner husband.

In this view of the matter, she does not press this petition, and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to defend any proceedings which may be instituted by the respondent/wife with regard to the orders impugned herein. 4.

Liberty granted.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
