After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners, under instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. He further submits that Section 207 Cr.P.C. has not been fully complied with and petitioner reserves his rights to approach the Trial Court with an application under Section 207 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, denies that Section 207 Cr.P.C. has not been complied with. He submits that Section 207 Cr.P.C has been complied with and such an objection has never been raised before the Trial Court.

Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
