This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "a. quash the impugned order dated 16.04.2021 passed by the Learned Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Special Acts) Central District, Delhi in Complaint bearing Ct. Case No.1422/2021 dated 23.02.2021 titled as "Income Tax Office Vs. SVS Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. & Anr." filed by Respondent No.2 under Section 276B and 279(1) read with section 278E, 179(1) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 for the Financial Year: 2012-13, Assessment Year: 2013-14 as well as all further proceedings emanating therefrom against the petitioner and quash the said complaint against the petitioner.

b. pass such other/further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondent No.2, in the interest of justice."
