The present application has been filed by the appellants under Sections 151 and 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking modification/correction of order dated 03.07.2024 by incorporating liberty to avail remedies as per law.

The present appeal was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 03.07.2024 passed by this Court.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to take steps before the learned Single Judge, as per law.
