CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU

O R D E R

% 21.08.2020 [Hearing held through video conferencing] CRL.M.A. 11300/2020 1.

Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

BAIL APPLN. 2260/2020 2.

The petitioner has filed present application seeking interim bail for a period of forty-five days in connection with FIR No.0134/2015 under Sections 394/395/397/412/120B of the IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered with PS Lahori Gate.

3.

The petitioner prays for the interim bail on the ground that he needs to attend to his wife, who is not keeping well.

4.

The medical condition of his wife has been verified and the concerned doctor had reported that she is not suffering from any serious disease but only suffers from the knee joint pain and osteoarthritis. Signed By:DUSHYANT RAWAL Location:

5.

In view of the above, the interim bail as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted on the ground as stated in the petition. The same is, accordingly, dismissed.

6.

It is clarified that this would not preclude the petitioner from filing an application for regular bail. Needless to state that as and when such application is filed, the same would be considered on its own merits uninfluenced by any observations made in this order.
