The Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the Order dated 09.03.2022 passed by the Ld. MM (NI Act), South-East, Saket dismissing the application of the Petitioner for passing necessary Orders for attachment of property of accused, appointment of receiver for taking up the property of the accused and for issuing Look Out Circular against the accused person. 2.

The application of the Petitioner has been dismissed by the Ld. MM on the ground that contents of the application are contrary to the record. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has not been able to show as to how the Impugned Order is wrong or as to how the contents of the application were not contrary to the record. 4.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the Impugned Order.
