The learned counsel for the parties submits that the parties have amicably settled their disputes.

They submit that a sum of ₹2,50,000/- was deposited before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court in Execution Petition 114/2023 pursuant to the order dated 18.07.2023 passed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said sum can be directed to be released in favour of Respondent No. 1 4.

The learned counsel for the parties also prays that the present petition be disposed of in terms of the settlement. 5.

A copy of the settlement has been handed over in Court today. The same is taken on record.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of on the ground of settlement.
