On the last date of hearing, that is, on 24.03.2025, this Court had observed that only a formal order on charge has been annexed with the petition and a detailed order has not been made part of the paper book.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had once again applied for the certified copies of the impugned order on charge and he has again been supplied with only a two paged order which is the formal order framing charge. 3.

He submits that the matter is now listed before the learned Trial Court on 15.05.2025 for final arguments and the evidence has already been recorded.

Though the notice in the present petition was issued way back on 01.06.2023, however, the arguments could not take place for some reason or the other. In the meantime, the trial has proceeded and the matter is now listed for final arguments. As noted above, even the detailed order framing charge is not on record in the present petition.

At this stage, when the evidence of all the witnesses has been recorded and the matter is now listed for final arguments, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition.

The petitioner is at liberty to take all arguments before the learned Trial Court at the stage of final arguments. 8.
