Allowed, subject to just exceptions MAT.APP.(F.C.) 134/2024 & CM APPL. 23362/2024 [Application filed on behalf of the appellant seeking interim relief] 2.

After some arguments, Mr Gaurav Kumar, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the appellant says he does not wish to press the appeal. 3.

That said, the only leeway the appellant seeks, according to Mr Kumar, is to grant extension of time to comply with the impugned judgment and order.

As per the impugned judgment and order dated 01.03.2024, the appellant was granted 45 days to liquidate the arrears concerning MAT.APP.(F.C.) 134/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. maintenance as awarded, which commenced from the date of the institution of the application for interim maintenance under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 [in short, "HMA"], till disposal of the main petition, i.e., the divorce petition.

We are inclined to grant further four (4) weeks to clear the arrears. It is ordered accordingly.

In case the respondent has grievance qua the extension of time granted, she will have liberty to move the Court. 7.

The Registry will dispatch a copy of the order passed today to the respondent and the concerned Family Court.

The appeal is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 9.

Consequently, CM APPL. 23362/2024 shall stand closed.
