The present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the show cause notice dated 2nd April, 2026, issued by the respondent/MCD in respect of the property bearing no.C-3/309, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058. 2.

In the said show cause notice issued under Section 344(1) & 343 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, MCD has detailed unauthorised construction having been carried out by the petitioner in the aforesaid property.

The petitioner has filed a reply to the show cause notice on 15th April, 2026.
