Reena v. Sanjeet
$~7 * IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI + C.R.P. 17/2017 REENA ..... Petitioner Through : None versus SANJEET ..... Respondent Through : Mr.Govind Narayan Kaushik and Ms.Neha Dutt Sharma, Advocates
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE YOGESH KHANNA
O R D E R
% 23.01.2019 The petition challenges the impugned order dated 5.11.2016 by which an application for review of order dated 04.04.2015 of the decree of divorce granted by mutual consent was dismissed. As is apparent from the order the petitioner intends to challenge the decree granted by mutual consent on ground of typographical errors. She rather pleads she had not received any jewellery articles etc. and the disputes were never settled. However, the learned trial Court has noted that before passing the decree, it had satisfied itself regarding settlement of pending disputes and that since the review application being filed after more than a year of passing of the decree, it was not filed in good faith, and hence finding no reason to review its own judgment/decree, the Court had dismissed the application for review. None appears for the petitioner despite various calls.
The petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution. Pending application, if any, is also dismissed.
YOGESH KHANNA, J.
