By the instant bail application, the petitioner seeks extension of interim bail in case FIR No. 109/2019 registered at Police Station - Paschim Vihar (West) for a period of 45 days on the ground of his wife's medical condition. 2.
Heard.

With respect to the medical condition of petitioner's wife, it is stated that on 22.08.2020, she attended OPD and her wounds have almost been healed. She has been declared fit to perform normally with effect from 22.08.2020.

Thus, there is no ground to grant interim bail. 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has further relied upon some tests' report and OPD receipt dated 27.08.2020, issued by St. Joseph Hospital, Vishal Khand, Lucknow. It is nowhere mentioned in the said receipt, that the BAIL APPLN. 2269/2020
wife of petitioner is facing some emergency medical situation. 6.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
