The current proprietor of the Petitioner and the son of the Respondent are present before the Court today.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has handed over the keys of the tenanted premises to the learned Counsel for the Respondent. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions from the son of the Respondent, submits that in lieu of the peaceful vacation of the tenanted premises, the Respondent has agreed to forego and waive all user and occupation charges in lieu of handing over the tenanted premises. However, she submits that the Petitioner should be directed to pay electricity and utility charges for the period of the occupation by the Petitioner. 4.

proprietor of the Petitioner, submits that any pending dues for the period prior to 24.02.2025 for electricity and utility shall be paid by the Petitioner within a period of two weeks of its intimation by the Respondent. 5.

The present Petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforegoing terms. All pending Applications stand closed. 7.
