Learned counsel for the parties inform us that the disputants have arrived at a settlement in the matter, albeit, under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre [in short, "Centre"]. 1.1 For this purpose, our attention has been drawn to the settlement agreement dated 30.07.2024 [hereafter referred to as "SA"] which is appended at PDF page no.423 of the case file. 2.
We have perused the terms of the settlement. The terms of the settlement agreed between the parties are lawful. 3.
Accordingly, as prayed, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the SA. 4.
