The present petition raises a grievance as regards the alleged unauthorized construction being raised at property bearing Khasra No.24/21, Seq. No.FH-23, Shanti Kunj, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070. 2.

Learned counsel, who appears on advance notice, submits that the property in question has been sealed on 03.01.2024. It is further submitted that further action qua the demolition of the said unauthorized construction shall be taken expeditiously in accordance with law. 3.

The aforesaid submissions on behalf of the MCD is taken on record. 4.

In view thereof, no further directions are required to be passed in the present petition. The same is accordingly disposed of. 5.

The MCD is directed to ensure that if any unauthorized construction is ongoing in the property in question, the same be brought to an immediate halt.
