Repeated adjournments have been taken by the petitioner for service of notice on the respondents.

On 25.05.2023, it was stated on behalf of the petitioner that respondents have changed their address and amended memo of parties needs to be filed with fresh address. 4.
On 13.10.2023, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the respondents are available at the address already provided and he would take necessary steps for service of notice and the matter was adjourned to 05.02.2024 and on that date, it was noted that the address provided by the petitioner is not correct. 5.
The counsel for the petitioner then requested for an adjournment in order to enable him to file an application for substituted service and the matter was adjourned to 07.05.2024 and on that date adjournment was sought on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was adjourned to 04.09.2024. 6.
On 04.09.2024 also, the proxy counsel for the petitioner appeared and sought adjournment.
