O R D E R

CM APPL.32473/2025 (filed on behalf of petitioner seeking modification of order dated 16.05.2025) 1.

Vide order dated 16.05.2025, this Court has granted permission to the petitioner / applicant to travel abroad subject to certain conditions. 2.

This application has been filed by the petitioner pointing out that he was constrained to change the travel itinerary in view of certain unforeseen circumstances. Accordingly, by way of this application, the petitioner seeks to:

(i) add further destinations to the itinerary submitted earlier; (ii) prepone the date of departure from 23.06.2025 to 20.06.2025, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. while keeping the return date unchanged.

The updated itinerary covering the period from 20.06.2025 to 11.07.2025 has been set out in paragraph 4 of this application. 4.

Considering the averments made in the application, the same is allowed. The petitioner is granted permission to undertake the travel subject to the same conditions which were referred to in the order dated 16.05.2025 passed by this Court.

The petitioner shall file a detailed affidavit disclosing his complete (updated) itinerary, including his stay at various locations abroad as well as telephone numbers and residential/hotel addresses. He shall also file an undertaking that he shall strictly adhere to the said itinerary mentioned in the affidavit and not visit any other stations. He shall also furnish a copy of the air tickets purchased by him before the Registrar General. 6.

The application stands disposed of.

List before the concerned Joint Registrar (Judicial) for verification of documents on 30.05.2025.
