The present petition under Section 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "A) Issue Notice of present Contempt Petition against the Defendant and an order may kindly be passed to initiate appropriate proceeding against the Contemnor / Respondent for wilful and deliberate disobedience of Order dated 17.04.2018 passed by the Ld. Judge Family courts, North East, Karkardooma, Delhi in Maintenance Petition bearing No.822/2018 titled as "Seetu Vs. Ratnesh Pandey" and accordingly be punished in accordance with provisions of Contempt of Courts Act.

B) Pass any other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of the justice."
