The Review Petition under Section 114 read with Order XLVII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (in short, 'CPC'), has been filed by the Review Petitioners/respondent nos.1 and 2, seeking a review of the Judgment dated 16.09.2025 passed by this Court in the above Writ Petition.

The ground urged by the review petitioners/respondents is that the Writ Petitioner allegedly concealed from this Court the fact that cognizance in FIR No. 369/2015, registered at Police Station K.N. Katju Marg, Delhi, which resulted in Criminal Case No. 12906/2022, had been taken by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate on 07.03.2023. 3.

We fail to appreciate how this fact could have any bearing on our Judgment.
