Petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking stay of demolition and eviction Order dated 06.05.2026 and restrain the Respondents from carrying out selective and discriminatory action against the Petitioner. 4.

Learned counsel for the Respondents appeared on advance Notice and accepts Notice.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that demolition and eviction Order dated 06.05.2026 and Order of cancellation of EWS Flat dated 07.04.2026 be stayed.
