The parties were relegated to the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre vide order dated 03.09.2019. The Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre has filed a settlement agreement dated 10.10.2019 as executed between the parties running into 20 pages including Annexure A to Annexure E.

Learned counsel for the parties state that the suit in so far as prayers (i) to (iv) be decreed in terms of the settlement agreement. 3.
Noting the said submission, the settlement agreement dated 10.10.2019, is taken on record and the same is exhibited as Ex."A". Decree sheet be prepared in terms of the settlement agreement. 4.
Learned counsel for the plaintiff has drawn my attention to Clause 17 of the settlement agreement praying for refund of court fee under Section 16 of the Court Fee Act, 1870. Accordingly, the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of court fee under Section 16 of the Court Fee Act, 1870.
