O R D E R

% 21.08.2020 The proceedings in the matter have been conducted through video conferencing.

This Public Interest Litigation has been preferred with the following prayers:

"a. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to remove illegal construction and encroachment on Khasra No 832, Madanpur Khadar Extension Part 3 as mentioned in Report copy Annexed as Annexure P-5.

b.

Issue a writ in nature of mandamus directing Respondents to prevent further encroachment and construction on Protected O-Zone land of Khasra No 832, Madanpur Khadar Extension Part 3, Tehsil Sarita Vihar, South East Delhi.

c.

Issue a writ in nature of the Mandamus to Respondent W.P.(C) 5520/2020 KUMAR Location:

17:01:38

No.1 to initiate enquiry regarding the irregularities going on in the form of unauthorized sale and purchase of the said green land; and d.

Issue any other writ, writs, directions or order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper for this case." 2.

The petitioner in person, after canvassing some arguments, submitted that it would suffice for the disposal of this writ petition if the representations preferred by the petitioners, annexed as Annexures P-2, P-3 and P-4 to the memo of this petition, are decided by the competent authorities in accordance with law, rules, regulations and Government policies applicable to the facts of the case. 3.

Having heard learned counsel for both the sides and looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, we hereby direct the concerned respondent authorities to treat this writ petition as a representation and decide the same in accordance with law, rules, regulations and Government policies applicable to the facts of the case, as expeditiously as possible and practicable, and also keeping in mind any other order or orders passed by this Court with respect to O-zone land at Madanpur, Khadar Extension Part3, Sarita Vihar, South East Delhi. 4.

With these observations this writ petition is hereby disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
